Man listen.  I’ve been around cars a long time. I know people that detail, apply ppf, and ceramic coatings. Drop n Detail was legit one of the best shops I’ve ever been to. I don't usually post reviews anywhere but Don did such an amazing job restoring my 2012 Lexus IS-F.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Don. He takes such immaculate care of your vehicles and makes sure that it looks as flawless as possible. Most of us won't leave a business review unless it is a notably poor experience, or an exceptionally good one -- Don and his team at Drop N Detail have provided the latter. There are several aspects of the interaction and service that stand out, which merit mentioning:

1. This was my first expensive car, and I was highly focused on making the right decision on who should work on the detailing. I was consumed by due diligence, and had many questions to vet -- Don was immediately available, always timely, congenial, very patient with questions, and provided insight that conveyed experience.

2. Detail orientation was stellar. There were aspects of the detailing, such as paint correction between extremely small design elements (rear fins) that could easily be skipped -- Don sought these fine points out and treated the car as his own. He was meticulous in laying out a plan from paint correction, to completing wheel prep/coating, to coordinating PPF, to ceramic coating and curing prophylactically to ensure durability right away. There were countless examples throughout the job of Don taking the long way to provide the highest quality work, instead of using a shortcut to save time/money/effort.

3. Communication and honesty were commendable. First, I received regular updates throughout the job by text, including photos of the various stages of work. This was exciting, and instilled confidence throughout. Second, there were aspects of need discovered during the job that Don included which were unanticipated -- such as some additional paint correction staging over one aspect of the car that he added on just to get it to the expectation of quality that he had for the work (without any extra charge).

In summary, Don is honest, meticulous, highly skilled and has pristine follow-through. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work, and predict that his business will continue to thrive and grow with time. Thank you!

Update as of 6.6.24:  Due to an OEM failed seal, my car needed the windshield replaced under warranty.  During this work at the dealership, however, the dirt/grime/adhesive residue left on the car was unbelievable -- additionally, there were small scratches on the windshield from the tools used to install it.  One call to Don, and it was an easy appointment to clean up the car and polish away the windshield scratches -- he made the car as new, did it quickly, and chalked it up to maintenance (refusing to charge me anything).   I just wanted to followup, and note that Don really stands behind his work and his customer service is impeccable. Don did a fantastic job restoring the paint on my brand new 2024 Ford Ranger. My truck was over sprayed at my job. The paint was epoxy with hardner built in. All methods were tried before having to settle with it being wet sanded and sealed. Truck now looks better than when I bought it brand new. I recommend Don and his team to any one! I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Drop n Detail. I brought in my X4 for a much needed paint correction and ceramic coating. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, set up clearly what to expect and kept in close contact with me through out the entire experience. Professional through and through, and the results were astonishing, I couldn’t be more happy with how the car turned out.
