I contacted Don awhile back about ceramic coating, I unfortunately couldn't keep my appointment,  he kindly worked with me and rescheduled when I was ready,
I took in in on a Friday morning,  expecting to pick up Monday,  he text me Saturday morning and said my vehicle was ready, when I arrived it was in the parking lot,  shiny, gleaming, (this is a 2024 VW TAOS, already showroom looking), but even more shiny than when I pick it up from the dealership.
Don spent time explaining warranty cover and after care, next few days as Florida rains came the water just beads off...no waxing for 3 years....oh yeah!
Thanks Don and your team at Drop & Detail, I will most likely use Kyle for mobile detailing service.

I could probably let the photos speak for themselves but all they show is the perfect job Don did taking care of my new A5 Cabriolet. What they don’t show is how great is was to work with Don and how helpful he was through the process of getting my car coated. He walked me through all available options, explained in detail the process with zero pressure, and was able to accommodate my crazy schedule. Don is truly a perfectionist and it shows in how he treats you and your car. I could not be happier with everything and am amazed how he was able to elevate the look and feel of my car. I first reached out to Don for a scratch correction on my SQ5, and eventually got 3year ceramic coating done. I'm extremely happy with the result and so fortunate to find someone like Don. He's an honest person with great work ethic, he kept me updated with the progress, and answered all my questions after the job was done. Shopped around to wrap/ceramic coat my new 2024 Wagoneer.  Drop N’Detail offered the best price and the best value.
Don was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the work he was quoting.  He was very transparent with his process and answered all my questions as this was the first time I’ve had either process done to one of my vehicles.
I met Don on a Saturday to drop off my Truck and he locked it up safely inside his shop.  I had no worries or concerns about the safety of my vehicle under Don’s care.
My Wagoneer looks amazing, and Don and his crew did a 1st class job!  Don even completed the work a little sooner than expected.

Man listen.  I’ve been around cars a long time. I know people that detail, apply ppf, and ceramic coatings. Drop n Detail was legit one of the best shops I’ve ever been to. I don't usually post reviews anywhere but Don did such an amazing job restoring my 2012 Lexus IS-F.
